Conversing with adult children and grandchildren.

Writing an autobiography for children, grandchildren and friends.

Questions you wish you had asked an older relative or friend.

Answer the above questions for your adult children and friends.

Identifying the people in pictures and the year they were taken.

Letting go of past happenings, i.e., forgiving parents, children, and acquaintances.

Letting go of past regrets, i.e., forgiving oneself and asking forgiveness of people still alive or who may no longer be on earth physically.
